## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hiring across multiple time zones and seniority levels.
- Manage offer letters and support onboarding and offboarding, handling sensitive information confidentially.
- Own daily operations and employee support for the Amsterdam office, including maintenance, food, beverages, and employee events.
- Support HR special projects.
- Build and improve processes across recruiting coordination, HR administration, and workplace operations.
- Partner with recruiting, People, and local Amsterdam teams as the office scales.

## Requirements
- Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones with minimal oversight.
- Self-starter able to build processes where none exist.
- Strong attention to detail and time management under pressure.
- Sound judgment handling sensitive and confidential situations.
- Empathetic, approachable demeanor and interest in helping others.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable working onsite in the Amsterdam office four to five days per week.
- Prior exposure to HR administration or office/workplace operations.
- Dutch proficiency preferred, not required.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruiting tools such as Greenhouse or Gem.
