## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and launches
- Craft clear and compelling messaging that differentiates Lance in hospitality and AI markets
- Manage third-party vendors (videographers, creative partners) to produce high-quality marketing content
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand capabilities and roadmap
- Enable Sales and Solutions teams with pitch decks, demos, case studies, and objection-handling materials
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and synthesize customer insights
- Drive content creation for website, email, and outbound channels
- Measure and optimize campaign performance, messaging, and product adoption

## Requirements
- Experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or related roles in B2B SaaS or AI companies
- Strong ability to translate technical products (AI, automation, software) into business value
- Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creating sales/marketing collateral
- Analytical mindset with market research, customer insights, performance tracking
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations
- Strong ownership in fast-paced startup
- Familiarity with hospitality, travel tech, or vertical SaaS (plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

## Compensation
- $140,000 Cash + Equity + Bonus
