## Responsibilities
- Drive special projects and launch new initiatives that enable the company to successfully scale.
- Mix of strategy, execution, and day-to-day problem-solving with no pre-written playbook.
- Examples of work include researching potential acquisitions and launching a new CRM.

## Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, banking, or at an early stage startup.
- Strong problem solving: pair first principles with analytical rigor.
- Proactivity: identify and drive forward opportunities without being asked.
- Curiosity: seek to understand, learn quickly, and comfortable self-teaching.
- Hunger: ambitious and push for excellence.
