## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of systems powering insurance operations, including patient identification, pricing estimates, provider matching, and claims.
- Build data-intensive, ML-powered platforms serving patients and providers.
- Develop scalable systems that improve insurance accuracy, reliability, and automation across payers and states.
- Mentor engineers and write high-impact code at the intersection of healthcare data and payer operations.
- Build ML models, OCR pipelines, eligibility automation, claims automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Define solutions for ambiguous problems, coordinate across teams, and deliver shipped software.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: **$224,000-$336,000**.
