## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to increase transparency into business processes.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into actionable use cases in the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify business challenges and determine how Celonis can help achieve business objectives.
- Quantify the financial impact of use cases and prepare management-ready presentations.
- Present findings with the team to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Use Celonis data modeling and AI capabilities to uncover process inefficiencies, generate insights, and deliver data-driven value propositions.
- Present the Celonis AI value proposition and vision, aligning solutions with customers’ AI strategies.
- Build trusted customer relationships through technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen.

## Requirements
- Current student in Business Informatics, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technology and Management, Mathematics, or a comparable program.
- Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with potential customers.
- Confidence presenting to C-level executives and larger audiences.
- Passion for technology, data, OpenAI, and large language models.
- Experience in consulting and strong interest in data analytics.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python or related database query languages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute.
- Business-fluent English communication skills.
- Availability from October or November for at least five months.

## Nice-to-haves
- Completion of Celonis Rising Star modules.
- Motivation to transition into a full-time role through the Orbit Graduate Program after the internship.
