> The Solutions Consultant delivers technical demonstrations, trials, and first-60-day onboarding across a high-volume customer base in Malaysia and the METNA/APAC region. The role requires cybersecurity experience, strong presentation skills, IT fundamentals, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly at scale.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored pre-sales product demonstrations and manage in-platform free trials.
- Assess solution fit and identify technical blockers early.
- Answer technical questions and maintain knowledge of the Immersive platform and competitor technologies.
- Lead customer kickoffs and complete contained onboarding within the first 60 days.
- Provide light-touch integration guidance using documentation and standard connectors; route deeper technical needs to Support.
- Run month-one and month-two check-ins and coaching sessions.
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps to drive adoption.
- Support repeatable migration enablement from Standard customers to Immersive One Core.
- Re-engage customers on expansion opportunities through demos and trial coaching.
- Partner with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations.
- Represent customer feedback to product, content, and engineering teams.
- Stay informed about evolving threats, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity trends, and new technologies.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical onboarding, or another technical customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Professional cybersecurity experience is essential.
- Ability to work at high volume and pace across many accounts while maintaining tight time boxes.
- Confident presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including webinars and bootcamps.
- Ability to qualify and prioritize quickly and explain technical concepts clearly and without jargon.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware and software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
- Knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.
- Experience delivering onboarding, enablement, or one-to-many sessions at scale.
- Familiarity with product-led growth or digitally led customer motions.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-malware, and security information and event management, and public cloud environments is useful but not essential.
