## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of candidates across all parts of the business.
- Work directly with the Head of Talent to support company growth.

## Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience within a recruiting agency, technology startup, hedge fund, or investment bank.
- Superb verbal and written communication abilities.
- Passion for both people and AI.
- Deep curiosity.
- Ability to learn quickly.
