## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build, hire, coach, and develop the Implementation Team, including Implementation Managers responsible for onboarding, configuring, and deploying Zocks for mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Establish roles, responsibilities, career paths, and performance standards.
- Create a repeatable implementation methodology covering discovery, project planning, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
- Develop scalable systems, playbooks, metrics, capacity planning, staffing, and forecasting processes.
- Own implementation outcomes including time-to-live, deployment quality, adoption at go-live, and onboarding customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex and strategic deployments.
- Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and other post-sales teams to improve handoffs, the customer journey, and product feedback loops.
- Help shape the post-sales operating model.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, solutions delivery, or a related post-sales function, including several years leading and building teams.
- Experience in financial services and customer systems such as CRMs, financial planning software, and custodian software.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage credibly with customers and teams on technical questions.
- Proven success hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing customer-facing teams during rapid growth.
- Experience owning enterprise and mid-market SaaS implementations end to end, including timelines, adoption, and outcomes.
- Outcome-oriented, ownership-driven approach focused on customer value.
- Experience creating processes, playbooks, and metrics in an ambiguous or fast-growing environment.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $180,000–$225,000 annually.
- Equity included.

## Logistics
- Hybrid role requiring work from the Denver office 2–3 days per week.
- Background and reference checks are required.
