## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across departments, including search strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Track sourcing data, funnel metrics, and performance data to focus recruiting efforts on high-ROI channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and close candidates.
- Drive proactive recruiting initiatives and build the employer brand across the region.
- Represent the APAC People team locally and enhance employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
- Lead HR operations, including employee data management, support, reporting and analytics, process improvement, payroll support, and policy development.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data in Workday, run audits, and resolve employee tickets.
- Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive HR tasks, improve sourcing and screening, and identify insights from people data.
- Advise on HR policy and ensure regional compliance.
- Support additional projects from global and regional People leadership.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of experience, including full-cycle recruiting at a search firm or fast-growing company.
- Experience processing a wide range of HR transactions and understanding HR best practices across the APAC region.
- Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners at all levels.
- Ability to build candidate networks and channel connections.
- Results-oriented approach with strong data and metrics orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

## Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, recruiting, or reporting.
- Comfort adopting AI-powered HR and recruiting tools, with curiosity about improving people processes through AI.
