## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define the voice, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Basis.
- Develop product positioning and segmentation for key buyer personas (executives, accounting firm partners, CFOs).
- Partner with sales to craft narratives, decks, and demo storylines.
- Create high-leverage content: case studies, ROI calculators, product videos.
- Own competitive intelligence and collaborate on new feature launches.
- Drive external storytelling and thought leadership on AI in accounting.

## Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise product marketing (fintech/accounting/ERP a plus).
- Proven storytelling to simplify complex technical workflows.
- Strategic execution from high-level GTM to hands-on work.
- Comfort building marketing functions from scratch.
- Intellectual curiosity in AI reshaping professional work.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Enterprise sales support experience.
- Product launches to service-based firms (B2B2B) and corporate buyers.
