## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define tailored visions and multi-year innovation roadmaps for government and education customers.
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with strategic accounts, supporting solution design, proof, and adoption.
- Guide customers replacing or migrating from edge cloud and on-premises technologies.
- Lead strategic conversations with executives and key stakeholders to strengthen marketplace authority and customer footprint.
- Collaborate with specialists, architects, and subject-matter experts across functions.
- Provide consultation throughout the engagement lifecycle, from account planning and vision setting through solution design.
- Support the creation and delivery of Business Value Assessments.
- Contribute industry expertise to go-to-market strategy and platform evolution.
- Travel up to 40% during the quarter for partner engagements, conferences, industry events, and team collaboration.

## Requirements
- 15+ years of technical sales, engineering, and/or relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of business strategy and technology.
- Knowledge of government and industry standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, PCI, SOX, FedRAMP, GDPR, and NIS2.
- Experience designing architectures, migrations, and implementations involving cloud, edge, and on-premises technologies.
