## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates and complete operational tasks within established SLAs.
- Perform data entry and system configuration in adjudication, administrative, and CRM platforms.
- Audit live systems against internal clinical and financial standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal operational tickets and bottlenecks.
- Resolve data discrepancies and system errors in collaboration with Data, Business Systems, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Draft and update step-by-step Drug Pathway management manuals.
- Support pharmacy program rollouts by preparing data files, testing sandbox configurations, and confirming successful go-lives.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and assigned operational tasks.

## Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume operational role, such as pharmacy technician, claims processing, benefits administration, or PBM operations.
- Proven ability to perform repetitive, high-stakes tasks with zero-defect accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, and reporting.
- Comfort using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, or similar collaboration tools.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or data analytics.
- SQL experience for data querying.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, or similar operational ticketing and workflow tools.

## Compensation
- Base salary range varies by work location:
  - Zone A: $29.52–$36.92 USD per hour
  - Zone B: $27.07–$33.85 USD per hour
  - Zone C: $24.62–$30.77 USD per hour
- Actual pay varies based on location, job level, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
