## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Client Relations:** Own customer relationships, listen to customers, and solve their marketing problems.
- **Marketing Management:** Use AI tools to develop and review marketing content and help clients determine effective marketing strategies for their brands.
- **Project Management:** Coordinate team members to execute marketing projects to a high standard and on schedule.
- **Tech Implementation:** Understand and use the company's technology to maximize marketing value and return on ad spend for customers.

## Requirements
- Passion for marketing and creative work.
- Strong social skills and enjoyment of working with people.
- Previous exposure to marketing through work experience or academic studies.
- Experience in project management and people management.
- Fast learner who is hard-working, stress-resistant, and willing to solve problems for the team and customers.
- German-speaking.
- Bachelor's or master's degree.

## Nice to Haves
- Relevant experience in marketing, consulting, startups, or account management.
- Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies.

## Compensation
- Annual salary of 60,000–100,000.
