## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical customer engagements and help close opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate customer and internal feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge-base articles, and create enablement materials.
- Collaborate with an international, remote-first team.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source technologies or metrics and monitoring.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product value propositions and technical advantages.
- Technical mindset and enthusiasm for solving customer challenges.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, leadership, initiative, creativity, and self-motivation.

## Compensation & Benefits
- United States OTE compensation range: **$204,000–$254,000**.
