## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for the Journey Monitoring hub, including journey maps, detail reports, inferred journeys, and cross-product data federation.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch with engineers, designers, and product managers across Digital Experience Monitoring products.
- Understand the needs of SREs, engineers, product managers, and business leaders.
- Design a functional observability layer incorporating auto-discovered user journeys, Experience Level Objectives (XLOs), and AI-powered root-cause investigations.
- Define how behavioral and technical data identify whether conversion declines result from technical failures or behavioral friction.
- Engage early customers and internal users to refine usability, journey mapping, and cross-sell and up-sell paths.
- Research the competitive landscape across digital experience and business process monitoring vendors.
- Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning and messaging.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
- Experience with data-intensive, analytics, or digital experience monitoring products.
- Domain knowledge of Real User Monitoring, Synthetics, Product Analytics, and Application Performance Monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL and interpretation of complex data.
- Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders and executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working with ambiguity and speed.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered products and AI workflows for root-cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
