## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
- Create and demo customized environments based on customer industry and business line.
- Lead technical discovery calls and manage technical proof-of-concept cycles.
- Lead security discussions and address customer concerns about Glean’s security posture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to deliver customer requests and represent the voice of the customer.
- Develop ROI analyses and business-justification presentations.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience partnering with Account Executives on technical deal cycles with enterprise customers.
- Consultative approach to solving customer business challenges, with a record of overcoming technical and security objections.
- Familiarity with a cloud environment such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Proficiency in Python or Java.
- Ability to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Standard OTE range: **$200,000–$285,000 annually**.
