## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Building
- Identify high-impact workflows, systems, and processes across Marketing that are slow, manual, or fragmented, and rebuild them with AI.
- Own the full cycle: understand the current state, design the solution, build it, ship it, and measure the impact.
- Build AI-native solutions for leadership and planning narratives, integrated campaign launches, and brief quality and standardization.
- Design portable solutions that others can adapt and extend.
- Develop and maintain an intake framework to assess feasibility and impact, prioritize work, and decline low-value requests.

### Driving Adoption
- Lead change management so teams trust, consistently use, and do not abandon new solutions.
- Evangelize successful outcomes through internal communications, case studies, and demonstrations.
- Build momentum around practical AI adoption across Marketing.

### Orchestration and Thought Partnership
- Lead the Marketing Communications AI key-result forum, establishing operating cadence, surfacing blockers, and driving shared goals.
- Partner with AI goal owners to resolve vendor delays, capability gaps, and implementation challenges.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record building and shipping AI-powered workflows and processes with measurable impact.
- Daily hands-on experience with frontier AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4o, or Gemini.
- Experience writing prompts that produce reliable, production-quality output at scale.
- Experience building agentic systems, including multi-agent design, orchestration layers, and workflows that operate with minimal human intervention.
- Adoption-focused approach with accountability for whether solutions are used.
- Strong communication skills across audiences from individual contributors to CMO-level leadership.
- Strong prioritization and judgment about which problems are appropriate AI candidates.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Framework for evaluating AI vendors and tools, including comparison pilots and principled stack decisions.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation and benefits based on work location.
- Remote role with base pay dependent on permanent work location.
- Eligible for a new-hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
- US base pay ranges vary by state: $157,000–$165,500 USD in CA, NY, CT, and NJ; $150,000–$158,500 USD in WA; $144,000–$152,000 USD in OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, and HI; and $131,000–$138,000 USD in all other states.
