## Responsibilities
- Qualify and understand job requirements.
- Source and screen resumes and evaluate candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Build pipelines of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities.

## Requirements
- **4+ years** of full-cycle sourcing experience.
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Technical and industry knowledge, including the ability to understand relevant skills and companies.
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting or sourcing systems or software positions.
- Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house.
- Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership.
- Experience recruiting for AI software roles.
