## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support Legal and Finance organizations through data analytics and ad-hoc reporting.
- Improve data self-service capabilities and automate workflows using AI tooling.
- Provide technical and data guidance to Legal and Finance partners.
- Apply a deep understanding of the data ecosystem to support operational data requirements for legal requests.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and functional stakeholders to develop and maintain systems and processes supporting Legal and Finance.
- Partner with engineering teams to gather requirements and generate outputs for technically complex matters.
- Analyze large datasets to solve complex problems.
- Improve process efficiency through automation and data pipelines that strengthen self-service reporting and analytics.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, including relevant financial and/or legal data experience.
- Degree in information systems, computer science, finance, mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience validating datasets and outputs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to identify process-efficiency opportunities and translate workflows into feature requirements.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or other AI platforms for research, routines, and text-to-SQL capabilities.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Hybrid flexibility with the option to work from home.
- In-person meetings approximately 2–3 times per week.
