> The Founding Mid-Market Account Executive will build Tremendous’s European sales presence by prospecting and closing new business across Western Europe and the DACH region. The role requires 4–6 years of software sales experience, German and English fluency, and the autonomy to shape international sales strategy.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business across Western Europe and the DACH region.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align the product with the demands of new markets.
- Help shape the international sales strategy and support Tremendous’s expansion into Europe.
- Work autonomously and drive projects in a documentation-first, low-meeting environment.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

## Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in software sales, focused on Western European markets.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Based in a Western Europe time zone (WET or CET).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- High empathy for teammates and users.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience expanding into new geographies.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: €65,000–€80,000.
- On-target earnings: €130,000–€160,000.
