## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own weekly and quarterly business review cadences, reconciling numbers, explaining performance movement, and meeting leadership deadlines.
- Build and deploy AI agents, multi-system workflows, scripted data pipelines, and other automation to eliminate manual work.
- Analyze pipeline, funnel, forecast, productivity, quota attainment, and KPI data; provide recommendations to sales and GTM leaders.
- Support territory design, account assignment, book balancing, and capacity planning.
- Maintain accurate quota, target, attainment, and performance tracking with robust metric definitions.
- Partner with Sales, Systems, Data Quality, Enablement, SDR, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve issues at their source.
- Build quality assurance into deliverables and address recurring data-integrity problems.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or business strategy, including ownership of recurring reporting or commercial-team analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, window functions, common table expressions, aggregation, query writing, and debugging.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce objects, fields, and reports.
- Hands-on experience shipping automation with Glean, n8n, Apps Script, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical judgment, problem structuring, communication, ownership, and attention to accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with Hex or similar analytics tools.
- Python experience.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
