## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead multiple product engineering teams across product areas
- Coach Leads on technical direction, execution, communication, and team development
- Hire engineers and help each person improve through clear expectations and regular feedback
- Work with Product and business leaders to set directions and team priorities
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps
- Define and improve engineering management practices as the organization grows

## Requirements
- Experience managing multiple engineering teams, leading through experienced technical leads or other managers
- Truly care about building teams, and helping each person on the team grow their career and impact
- Made difficult performance and organizational decisions with care and clarity
- Partnered closely with Product and with stakeholders outside engineering to deliver business outcomes
- Worked in a domain with complex requirements, multiple stakeholders, or significant operational constraints
- Were a staff-level (or comparably senior) engineer before moving into management, and can still go deep on architecture and tradeoffs with senior engineers
- Communicate cogently
- Know how to add structure without adding process for its own sake

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or domains with complex workflows and regulatory constraints
- Background in applied AI or enterprise software platforms
