## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic co-owner of regional business results alongside sales leadership and account executives.
- Use technical and market intelligence to prioritize high-value prospects and optimize resource allocation.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top pre-sales talent.
- Guide the pre-sales team through discovery, stakeholder engagement, and mutual action planning to accelerate deals.
- Build strong customer relationships and champions that generate growth opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing on customer satisfaction, seminars, trade shows, and other events.
- Coach the team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.

## Requirements
- At least 4 years of pre-sales experience with demonstrated impact on revenue, strategic accounts, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- At least 2 years of management experience, ideally managing distributed pre-sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of cloud, data, and AI landscapes, including competitor strategies, partner networks, and emerging market shifts.
- Experience engaging industries such as SaaS, FinTech, artificial intelligence, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience.
