## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Configure customer workspaces using AI-assisted tools: build close checklists, reconciliation setups, flux analyses, and reporting mapped to each customer's actual close process.
- Connect and validate data from ERP systems (especially NetSuite) and sub-ledgers; troubleshoot integration issues like token and permissioning errors; ensure data ties out.
- Run trainings and onboarding sessions, including live reconciliation walkthroughs, to help accounting teams become fluent with Numeric, including its AI features. Occasional in-person sessions at customer offices.
- Manage implementation workstreams as projects: update dashboards, chase customer deliverables, manage timelines, and escalate blockers to Engineering/Product with context.
- Ramp on close management implementations, then expand to more technical areas like cash (transaction-matching rules, SFTP feeds, automation tuning).
- Automate the implementation process: write Knowledge Base articles, build templates, and train AI agents to reduce repetitive work.

## What You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of accounting experience with strong fluency in the monthly close and reconciliations. Public accounting (including Big 4) welcome; in-house experience at a high-growth company is a plus. Focus on breadth across the close process.
- Technical aptitude and detail orientation: quick learner of software, precise with data.
- Customer-centric mindset to make stressful implementations feel handled.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain decisions in customer language and debug issues methodically.
- Bias for action, collaboration, urgency, and ownership of workstreams.

## Nice to Haves
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Prior implementation, onboarding, or accounting-systems work.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing.
- Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency accounting.
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries.
