## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and align top-tier talent across corporate functions, primarily for Manager through VP and executive-level leadership hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and HR business partners to design and execute targeted search strategies.
- Build comprehensive sourcing strategies, talent maps, and pipelines across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and other corporate functions.
- Adapt across business areas, role types, candidate levels, and changing search priorities.
- Cultivate deep, diverse talent networks for current and future leadership needs.
- Engage passive candidates, communicate the company value proposition, and convert prospects into active candidates.
- Calibrate candidate profiles with stakeholders and provide market research and industry talent insights.
- Conduct initial assessments and screens against functional requirements, leadership capabilities, and hiring standards.
- Track sourcing metrics, market feedback, and candidate data to refine tactics and report search progress.
- Share competitive landscape mapping, market conditions, and target company research with the team.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of specialized sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
- Proven experience identifying and engaging corporate talent from Manager through VP level.
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, including the ability to pivot across functions and evolving priorities.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate engagement skills, particularly with passive candidates.
- Ability to synthesize market data, map target organizations, and translate business needs into sourcing strategies.
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and a proactive approach to finding hard-to-reach talent under tight timelines.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills for managing multiple leadership searches.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools, CRM platforms, ATS systems, and talent intelligence platforms.

## Compensation
- Base salary range varies by location zone:
  - Zone 1: $125,000–$171,950 USD
  - Zone 2: $112,600–$154,750 USD
  - Zone 3: $106,300–$146,200 USD
  - Zone 4: $100,000–$137,500 USD
- Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
