## Job Description

## What You'll Do

- **Drive Revenue Growth**: Own the full sales cycle for mid market accounts, primarily sourced by Eve Legal. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- **Serve as a Trusted Advisor**: Build a deep understanding of customer challenges and desired outcomes. Clearly communicate how Eve can help customers achieve their goals.
- **Manage Strategic Sales Cycles**: Navigate complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders. Apply thoughtful, tailored approaches to address each client’s needs.
- **Collaborate Cross Functionally**: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support a strong customer experience and long term value.
- **Share Market Insights**: Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to inform product development and roadmap planning

## Compensation & Benefits

**US Base Salary Range**: $340,000—$384,000 USD (OTE range including base and commissions)
