## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event strategies supporting company initiatives.
- Source venues and vendors through existing relationships and outreach.
- Coordinate event vendors, including venues, security, production installations, and printed collateral.
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Community teams to curate guest lists and attendees aligned with objectives such as lead generation, partnership development, and community growth.
- Facilitate day-of event activities and schedules.
- Conduct partner outreach and facilitate partnerships involving festivals, event sponsors, and related organizations.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives that improve revenue and brand visibility.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in event marketing and/or production; conference experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently execute events or experiential campaigns from initial concept through final delivery, within budget and with limited direction.
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Brand, Creative, and Communications teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt across initiatives and marketing functions.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $130,000–$175,000 USD.
