## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set research direction with cross-functional partners by identifying high-impact questions and translating them into prioritized research projects.
- Lead end-to-end research across the product lifecycle, including 0-to-1 discovery, concept testing, and post-launch UX/UI iterations.
- Generate insights and product ideas connecting learner experience to product strategy, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish systems for sharing research outputs and provide decision-focused updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor researchers, improve research practices, and introduce innovative methods and tooling when they improve speed and rigor.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading product research for consumer-facing digital products and owning complex problem spaces.
- Mixed-method, collaborative research experience with designers and product managers.
- Experience using AI tools throughout the research process.
- Ability to generate clear, concise insights that drive successful product outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments while maintaining research rigor and craft.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience conducting international research or working with globally diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience in consumer technology or gaming.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $181,600–$272,400 USD.
- Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
- Benefits are provided.
