## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Founder & Leadership Leverage
- Extend the CEO and leadership team’s capacity by tackling important, ambiguous problems, managing competing priorities, and ensuring timely decisions.
- Support investor communications and key leadership reviews.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from initial framing through execution.

### GTM & Account Leadership
- Execute marketing and go-to-market initiatives that drive growth, including writing case studies, drafting partnership announcements, developing pipeline tactics, and coordinating external marketing contributors and agencies.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking performance, account health, and operational KPIs.
- Support enterprise accounts at the QBR and renewal level and help develop solutions for unique client challenges.

### Strategy & Company Operations
- Turn vague priorities into plans with clear owners and timelines.
- Identify operational gaps, fix them, and establish sustainable processes.
- Support hiring and team scaling.
- Take on evolving, high-impact company problems and redefine the role’s focus as business needs change.

## Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a demanding startup operating role.
- Track record of taking on unfamiliar problems and seeing them through to completion.
- Experience building systems and processes rather than one-off deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency with AI, including building skills, routines, and agents to improve day-to-day work.
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a regulated or operationally complex industry such as automotive, fintech, insurance, or healthcare.
- Experience supporting or managing key client or partner relationships.
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, or close exposure to startup operations.
- Ability to operate with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment.

## Compensation & Benefits
- **Base salary:** $170,000–$200,000
