## Job Description

## Build and run the QA program across capacity delivery
- Define quality gates per phase (fabrication, installation, commissioning, handover) and make them enforceable.
- Run the nonconformance process: ensure issues are tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source.
- Report quality health across the portfolio with metrics that leadership acts on.
- Build standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization.

## Requirements
- Built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale.
- Made quality gates stick against schedule pressure.
- Run nonconformance processes that close and trend, not accumulate.
- Quality metrics that changed behavior (with examples).

## Nice-to-Haves
- ISO 9001 systems.
- Data center or modular construction QA.
- Supplier quality interface.
- Audit certification.
