## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, submit, and track legal filings while meeting deadlines.
- Handle eFiling accurately from start to finish and keep client orders on track.
- Prevent filing rejections, handle rush requests, and apply critical thinking to workflows and systems.
- Communicate updates to clients, vendors, and teammates.
- Navigate eFiling portals and legal case-management systems, including Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, GreenFiling, and Legal CMS.
- Manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide coverage Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM PT, with some flexibility around working hours.

## Requirements
- Background in legal services, litigation support, or attorney services.
- Clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with legal document preparation and court filing procedures across different jurisdictions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with California or multistate eFiling service portals.
- Experience with eFiling portals, Legal CMS platforms, or legal support vendors.
