## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support quote-to-cash (QTC) projects across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for strategic projects, enhancement releases, and tactical tickets, including test-case creation, execution, result documentation, and defect tracking.
- Validate configurations, reconcile data, and support small process or tooling improvements.
- Translate business requirements and pain points into structured Jira tickets with requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies.
- Monitor releases for negative impacts on internal systems and QTC workflows.
- Create and maintain enablement documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, FAQs, process maps, and step-by-step guides.
- Document feature and bug-fix outcomes for the Order Management team.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to validate datasets, reconcile data across systems, and monitor change impacts.
- Collaborate with analytics, systems, and engineering teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve processes and tooling.
- Identify recurring QTC process issues and recommend improvements.

## Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales operations, billing, or order management, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience with QTC or revenue systems and processes such as CPQ, order management, billing, or invoicing.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system behavior clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Located in Pakistan and available to work Pacific Standard Time-aligned hours.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational SQL or data analytics knowledge, including writing or modifying simple queries, validating datasets, or using BI tools.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems for managing backlogs, epics, and user stories.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, systems, or data teams on process or tooling improvements.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, Snowflake, or Retool.
