## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the main technical voice for multiple clients.
- Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Define and implement technical account strategies for large enterprise accounts.
- Build a movement of technical champions within customer accounts.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Work with sales teams and technical peers to drive business outcomes.
- Establish and lead virtual teams to success within customer accounts.
- Build relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present convincing points of view to decision-makers.

## Requirements
- Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Azure and AWS.
- Experience driving data-driven business transformation and organizational change.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.

## Nice to Have
- Databricks certification.
- Snowflake certification.
- AWS certification.
- Azure certification.

## Compensation
- Canada pay range: CAD $139,700–$192,050.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
