## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Evolve Credit Genie’s visual identity, visual frameworks, and brand design systems.
- Help define, build, launch, and market the visual identity of a new product line.
- Lead creative execution for product releases, integrated campaigns, paid performance ads, and brand initiatives from concept through launch.
- Create lifecycle and growth assets across email, push, in-app messaging, social, and display channels.
- Partner with Paid, Social, and Lifecycle channel owners on structured creative and messaging A/B tests.
- Use performance insights to refine visual assets and improve conversion.
- Build reusable campaign kits, modular templates, and scalable production workflows.
- Explore AI-assisted design tools for conceptualization and creative variation.
- Design and optimize landing pages, marketing web properties, and acquisition funnels.
- Maintain cohesive yet differentiated visual frameworks across Credit Genie and its new product.
- Collaborate with Brand and Product designers on app surfaces and design-system maintenance.

## Requirements
- 6–8 years of brand design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating independent ownership of lifecycle, social, or campaign programs and contributions to visual identities and design systems.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across marketing, product, and design.
- Experience or strong interest in building, launching, and marketing a new brand or product from scratch.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into cohesive, cross-channel creative systems.
- Experience collaborating on creative A/B testing and iterating using performance data.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

## Nice-to-haves
- Motion or video experience.
- Fintech experience.
- Experience building reusable creative systems or templates for recurring campaigns.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually.
