## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships end-to-end as a research partner.
- Scope, design, and run research projects, including concept testing, usability studies, and market exploration, using the AI platform.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights.
- Lead customer meetings, onboardings, and training sessions before and after sales.
- Create research- and product-focused content, documentation, and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn feedback into product and business impact.
- Experiment, move quickly, and drive projects to completion.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in research, insights, or strategy roles.
- Strong qualitative research experience.
- Ability to independently own projects and client relationships in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong data synthesis and storytelling skills, including decks and dashboards.
- Ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative information.
- Clear, confident communication with executives and everyday users.
- Curious, resourceful, action-oriented approach.
