## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1:1 messaging and email marketing.
- Build and launch scalable messaging experiences across channels.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Develop features that leverage automation and AI to reduce manual effort and improve outcomes.
- Work closely with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions.
- Establish clear success metrics, including engagement rates, conversion, time saved, and adoption.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to drive successful launches and adoption.

## Requirements
- 4–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or martech.
- Experience with messaging platforms, email marketing, CRM, or customer engagement tools.
- Strong understanding of user workflows and building for non-technical users at scale.
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with automation platforms or workflow builders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven personalization or content generation.
- Background in compliance or regulated communication environments, such as financial services or healthcare.
- Experience building products for distributed teams or franchise models.

- Annual base pay range: **$165,600–$303,500 USD**.
