## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review applications and related documentation for acceptability according to underwriting guidelines, and determine tasks to complete before moving forward.
- Ensure required customer documentation is accurate and collected in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison with vendors and internal sales teams under leadership direction.
- Apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, and develop resolutions.
- Communicate with company underwriters and internal teams to provide status updates or additional assistance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

## Qualifications
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a similar role.
- Background in business, finance, or economics preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new information and concepts in practice.
- Enjoys working with people and helping others solve problems.
- Flexible and open to changes in processes or teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range for the Tampa office: **$25.00–$29.33 per hour**.
- Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, relevant experience, and work location.
- Salary ranges for other locations may differ based on cost of labor.
