## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to identify and address customer needs.
- Deliver pre-sales experiences by articulating Fin's value and technical expertise.
- Conduct value-based solution reviews and in-depth technical sessions.
- Design and lead tailored proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
- Serve as the primary resource for RFPs and customer security questions, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer feedback and influence product planning.
- Translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build customer trust through empathy, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
- Improve Solutions Engineering processes and contribute to the team playbook.
- Travel occasionally.

## Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role managing C-level technical and business relationships.
- Strong technical acumen, including technical discovery and value presentations.
- Independent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong time management in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to identify and communicate value propositions throughout the sales cycle.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction.
- Familiarity with POCs, RFPs, and complex security questions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

## Compensation and Benefits
- OTE salary range for candidates in the Greater Chicago Area: **$208,170–$248,650 USD annually**.
