## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets.
- Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution.
- Create compelling event messaging that resonates with Brazilian business audiences.
- Manage event budgets and timelines end to end.
- Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of events experience, with at least three years in tech event marketing.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- English fluency required.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events, including events in São Paulo and beyond.
- Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners.
- Based in São Paulo preferred.
