Account Executive, Renewal Sales
Manages renewal sales for merchant accounts, driving revenue through full-cycle sales, cross-selling, and customer relationship building. Requires 1+ years sales experience, preferably in financial services, with CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
- Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer, collect feedback, qualify leads, and close business
- Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues (billing, legal, security, technical)
- Collaborate with underwriting, leadership to build strategic financial plans
- Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance
- Develop trusted internal and customer relationships
- Manage sales pipeline within defined process
- Communicate deal status to management with timelines and hurdles
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
- 1+ years full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services/consultative sales
- Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
- Experience selling across multiple products and industries
- Ability to engage stakeholders (Legal, IT, Security, Finance)
- Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and accountability
- Basic business math skills

Compensation
Competitive base salary range of $55,000 + commission (final offer based on location, skills, experience).
