About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
  • Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
  • Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collect feedback, qualify leads, and close business
  • Handle inbound customer communication and escalate issues (billing, legal, security, technical)
  • Collaborate with underwriting, leadership to build strategic financial plans
  • Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance
  • Develop trusted internal and customer relationships
  • Manage sales pipeline within defined process
  • Communicate deal status to management with timelines and hurdles

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
  • 1+ years full sales cycle experience, ideally in Financial Services/consultative sales
  • Experience collaborating with internal sales teams
  • Experience selling across multiple products and industries
  • Ability to engage stakeholders (Legal, IT, Security, Finance)
  • Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and accountability
  • Basic business math skills

Compensation

Competitive base salary range of $55,000 + commission (final offer based on location, skills, experience).
