## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Aggressively drive sales growth and market penetration of Ataraxis oncology products through direct, field sales to individual oncologists within your designated territory.
- Prospecting new business and maintaining relationships.

## Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated high-performance sales experience. We strongly prefer candidates with sales experience in oncology, especially in breast cancer.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and demonstrated achievement through awards or recognition (e.g., President's Club, Rookie of the Year).
- Passionate about AI and innovation in healthcare, driven to learn and effectively communicate AI-based diagnostic solutions.
- Autonomous, capable of excelling independently in a hyper-growth start-up environment.
- Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment; demonstrates resilience, urgency, and focus on closing deals.
