## Job Description
## What You'll Need
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling business value.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and its impact on business operations.

## Nice to Have
- Experience selling to leaders of contact centers.
- Experience as an AE at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B).
- Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigating complex organizations.
