## Job Description
## What You’ll Do

- Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our **Payments product**
- Own the full sales cycle - from discovery and demo to negotiation and close
- Collaborate cross-functionally with **Product, Engineering, and Customer Success** teams to provide customer feedback, influence product development, and help shape the future of our offering
- Play a foundational role in scaling a new business motion - bring ideas, test quickly, and help us iterate

## What You’ll Bring

- **4+ years** of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role, ideally in **SaaS** or **fintech**
- Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
- Comfort owning a full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Clear, confident communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and iterate
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Experience using **CRM tools** (e.g., **Salesforce**) or similar sales technologies

## Compensation

**$160,000—$190,000 USD** total target cash compensation (base + commissions). Other benefits may include stock options, unlimited paid time off, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision, and dental insurance.
