## Job Description
## Responsibilities

- Close inbound pipeline from free trials and demo forms (200+ demos/month).
- Sell to in-house TA teams and recruiting agencies.
- Manage 2-3 week deal cycles (ACVs $10K-$50K).
- Upsell existing 2,000+ customers.

## Requirements

- **2+ years experience in SaaS sales**.
- **Track record of exceeding quota** (Presidents Club, Top 10%, MVP, etc.).
- **Experience closing ACVs of $10K - $50K**.
- Located in or willing to relocate to SF.

## Nice to Haves

- Have sold to Head of TA / VP People (or HR).
- Familiar with Product-Led-Growth (free sign-ups as primary channel).
- Experience in small GTM team.

## Compensation

- $100-$120K base salary (based on experience).
