## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Scale community of therapists and psychiatrists through full-cycle sales motion.
- Act as first point of contact for prospective providers.
- Work cross-functionally to translate sales insights into products and processes.

## Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in consultative sales or consumer sales (bonus: startup environment or small businesses).
- Ability to connect with people via in-person, phone, or email.
- Deep work ethic and desire for continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with challenges, thinking on feet, trying new approaches, and resilience.
- Scientific approach to growth: experiment with tactics, analyze channels for investment.

## Compensation and Benefits
- **Group A**: $77,000 base (e.g., New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Austin, San Diego).
- **Group B**: $69,300 base (e.g., Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, Portland).
- Commission (monthly payments).
