## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Upsell smaller customers and manage end-to-end upsell pipeline; meet or exceed quotas.
- Identify efficiencies and creative ways to scale upsell processes.
- Run pilots and tests for different product lines.
- Partner with product teams to reduce friction in upsell.
- Propose strategies to improve effectiveness for smallest customers.
- Provide expert-level support on product offerings, health insurance, compliance, taxes.
- Display professionalism and compassion with accounts.

## Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years work experience; 1 year client-facing preferred; ideally knowledgeable in selling to small businesses.
- B2B software/SaaS and Salesforce experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, manage competing priorities, multi-task.
- Team player, resourceful, adaptable.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.

## Compensation
- Base wage: $83,700.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) including incentives: $157,300.
