## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own pieces of the usage-to-billing pipeline, including ingesting raw usage events, aggregating them, and turning datapoints into dynamic pricing.
- Build and scale real-time CRM ingestion for Salesforce and HubSpot toward a platform that can onboard new data sources without custom code.
- Design and extend the customer and commercial graph representing customers and their customers across Tabs.
- Work across the full stack, including front-end configuration surfaces such as an in-app workflow builder, backend services, and event-ingest infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers, raise the technical bar, and help shape engineering culture.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience with TypeScript or a similar language, with willingness to work across the stack.
- Ability to own systems end-to-end, from initial design through production operations.
- Strong systems thinking, software correctness, and long-term maintainability.
- Effective collaboration, communication, and respectful technical debate.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with high-volume data ingestion.
