## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to understand requirements and design implementation strategies for identity verification solutions.
- Guide customers through API integrations and support successful deployment of Baselayer products.
- Create technical documentation and implementation plans tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver technical demonstrations of Baselayer's capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for customer scenarios.
- Train customers on Baselayer products and APIs.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity verification.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance after implementation to support customer success.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position.
- Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document requirements effectively.
- Problem-solving ability and comfort addressing complex challenges.
- Adaptability and confidence navigating ambiguity.
- Strong collaboration skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success.
- Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance.
- Experience with fintech or financial institutions.
- Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demonstrations, or implementation workshops.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: **$135,000–$220,000 plus equity**.
