## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound initiatives.
- Qualify, nurture, and develop inbound leads for target accounts.
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
- Research contacts and create demand through call and email campaigns.
- Use active listening to uncover customer needs and business outcomes.
- Achieve quota through call, email, and meeting targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to advance deals.
- Represent the xDR organization at in-person and online marketing events.
- Use and maintain the SaaS sales toolkit, including Salesforce and Outreach, to keep data accurate.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of previous corporate or business experience; inside sales experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with a successful product sale.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
