## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set the direction for Enterprise product design and define exceptional design for enterprise applications and expert contributors.
- Hire, develop, and lead a growing team of product designers, including establishing team culture and operating rhythms.
- Drive design execution across Enterprise products in partnership with Product and Engineering from problem scoping through delivery.
- Raise design quality standards and encourage rethinking workflows for AI-enabled products.
- Help shape and adopt the shared design system, contributing reusable patterns and promoting consistent component use.
- Establish research habits and cadences grounded in enterprise customer and user needs.
- Define interaction patterns for enterprise users working with AI agents and human-in-the-loop systems.

## Requirements
- 3+ years managing product design teams.
- Experience simplifying data-dense, power-user workflows into elegant solutions for B2B products.
- Strong customer-centric approach with decisions grounded in user needs and business impact.
- Understanding of how AI is changing design practice and tooling, including AI-native team workflows.
- Experience designing for agentic platforms and human-in-the-loop AI systems.
- Ability to balance speed, prioritization, and design quality.
- Excellent communication skills across executive, product, and frontline stakeholders.
